Therese Lenk is a partner of The Sapience Group, a global strategy, organizational and leadership consulting firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, CA. Her practice area focuses on organizational assessment, leadership development, talent and performance management systems, succession planning and cultural change initiatives.
Her consulting services include: design of global, executive development programs that build bench strength by accelerating the development of high potential leaders, 360° assessments, executive coaching--integrating both ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ skills in building the capacity of leaders to build leaders, design of effective organizational change, and creating a leadership culture tied to strategy and execution.
With 20+ years of experience working at the individual, business unit, and organizational levels, Therese offers practical, yet innovative tools for the most daunting business challenges. Integrating into her work with clients, her experiences as a former business manager and entrepreneur, she offers bundled consulting and executive coaching services customized to the client’s need to facilitate tangible results. Her business experience includes leading executive development at Yahoo! Inc., 3Com Corporation and Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc., and at an early age, was the Founder of e-Collaborate Corporation, Asian News International--Asia’s leading news agency; Asian Films Ltd., and India Alive--an Asian-American Entertainment and Media Company.
She holds an MA in Organizational Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA and a BA in Applied Behavioral Psychology from Norwich University in Montpelier, VT.
